We got a suite, and it was beautiful and so fun. Very happy with the room. The kids loved the pool and swam a lot. I wish the pool would open earlier than 9am. The breakfast was pretty good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, few kinds of cereal, bread for toast, 2 kinds of mini muffins. They were out of OJ and the coffee didn’t taste good. Need some fruit, maybe they were out at 9 when we were there. (Served from 7 to 10.) My kids were disappointed that there weren’t pancakes or waffles to make themselves. The front end staff was okay. They forgot to give me our pool wristbands when I checked in so I had to go and track those down. And forgot to tell me that pool towels were at the front desk. I asked for a late check out, but was told I needed to talk to the front desk people the next day. When we came for breakfast, I stopped and asked if we could check out late (meaning noon instead of 11 o’clock). The woman barely looked at her computer and told me, quote, “no, we need the room”. No “sorry about that” or “thanks for staying with us, but we can’t do a late check out today”, just “no” after looking down at her computer for less than 5 seconds. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had to deal with this woman before. She is not helpful or friendly. Other than her, we had a very pleasant time and good interactions with other staff members.

The pools were great! The indoor pools were perfect for our 5 and 7 year old. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I had low expectations of the hotel brand grill, but my husband said it may have been the best club sandwich he has ever had. (Quesadillas were delicious too.) Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast and was the right price (complimentary). It was a great stay.

The main reason we stayed there was because of the waterpark and pool, it was great that we had a room right by them. We all had a lot of fun and the kids loved swimming outside - especially since the pool was nice and warm. (One of my kids did not like how cold it was in the indoor pool). Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the suite with our 3 grandchildren aged 3-10 and it was perfect. The room was huge! It seemed fresh and new. The waterpark was perfect for their age span, they spent hours in the water.
